Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator
Ambulatory Surgery Center Association
Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of the Matthews Surgery Center, including planning, organizing, and directing operations. Oversee patient education, patient support group meetings, and staff education. Coordinate patients’ surgeries with hospitals and physicians. Serve as Director of Nursing, ensuring excellent patient experience and outcomes. Work closely with physicians and management teams to recommend new service delivery models and practices. Ensure the center meets all related local, state, federal, and accrediting‑body rules and regulations. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of Ambulatory Surgery Center management experience. Clinical expertise in orthopedic peri‑operative nursing and clinical care. Preferred: Master of Business Administration or Master of Health Care Administration degree. Benefits Paid company holidays.
