ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1995 and currently lead a close-knit team of two, with plans to continue growing. State Farm has been part of my life for a long time - my dad was a State Farm agent, which inspired me to earn a degree in insurance and pursue a career in the industry. I started in claims before eventually making the move into agency ownership.

I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas and have been married for 34 years. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking and have a passion for drag racing.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Danny Humphreys - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
