As a Caregiver at Modani Care, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes. Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a flexible work schedule and a rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management
Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence and autonomy
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
