This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing 4-6 years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on employment related and/ class actionsExtensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:Employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL mattersWage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issuesBackground in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment issues is required.
