Labor and Employment Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with 3-6 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and related fields for a position in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OSHA compliance, enforcement, and litigation, including managing on-site inspections and agency interactions. Duties Manage OSHA compliance and enforcement matters. Conduct litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice. Engage in environmental compliance and litigation. Collaborate with partners on case strategy and management. Requirements 3-6 years of OSHA, MSHA, Environmental, and Whistleblower experience. Preferred litigation experience, including depositions and discovery. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Admission to the State Bar or ability to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the State Bar. Skills Excellent analytical and communication skills. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
