Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong background in cardiac nursing, with demonstrated experience in telemetry and step-down care. Required Skills and Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of cardiac nursing experience required
• Background in Med-Surg, Telemetry, or Step-down care preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply if they have the requisite experience

Job Details

• Shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45 to 07:15 (36 hours per week)
• Contracts available up to 2/27/2027
• Float duty required as needed
• Weekend coverage: 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
• Call duty not required
• Patient-to-nurse ratio: 1:6
• Limited to a maximum of 7 days of requested time off (RTO)
• Must be available to work holidays

Additional Responsibilities

Contract staff will be required to participate in Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team duties, and may be called to work during catastrophic events, mass casualty situations, or disasters. During the contract period, staff consolidation to the Centralized Office may occur, with assignments to various units as needed.
