We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and takes pride in their analytic and reconciliation skills.**What You’ll Be Doing:****You will...**x Work closely with management to achieve outcomes based on company goalsx Manage adherence to firm purchase order process, including ensuring appropriate approval and documentationx Maintain all accounts payable, including ensuring timely payments and detailed review of invoicesx Monitor and record credit card account transactions including charges, payment discrepancies, refunds, etc.x Update General Ledger daily for all expense transactions to ensure adherence to timely monthly reporting and detailed firm categorizationx Process Payroll bi-monthly, collaborating with HR departmentx Ensure compliance for all vendor W9 files, and coordinate 1099 filings annuallyx Maintain petty cash accounts with log and documentation of all disbursementsx Communicate with clients about accounts receivable and questionsx Post daily depositsx Post all expense transactions in accounting system, and reconcile all credit card and bank accounts monthlyx Assist in month-end and annual close and journal entriesx Assist in Finance Department special projects and reporting## Qualifications**What Makes You a Great Candidate****You have...**x Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related Business specialtyx Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting requiredx 1 – 3 years relevant experiencex Experience with accounting software, NetSuite experience preferred but not requiredx Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Wordx Excellent verbal and written communication skillsx Strong analytic skills and attention to detailx Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and budgets**Why will you love working for us?**Our team members enjoy plenty of opportunities for professional and personal fulfillment.
