Senior Director, Global Corporate Development- HYBRID

Labcorp seeks a Senior Director of Global Corporate Development to manage mergers and acquisitions, provide strategic advisory to division leadership, and oversee due diligence and transaction processes. The hybrid role is based in Burlington, North Carolina with three in-office days weekly.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of M&A activity from target identification through due diligence, negotiation, and closing
• Advise division leadership on strategy translation including M&A, operations, commercial priorities, and business strategy
• Develop and maintain M&A pipeline; cultivate industry relationships and identify potential acquisition targets
• Mentor junior corporate development staff and lead process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external due diligence with legal, banking, and accounting partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 12+ years in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or transaction advisory
• Strong financial analytical and valuation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive recommendations
• Experience with multiple transaction structures (stock, asset, JV, merger) preferred
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
