CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable and hardworking Bilingual Production Worker to join a growing team in Citronelle, AL. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable performing a variety of physical tasks in an industrial environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with production, packaging, and material handling.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous general labor or industrial experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
