Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission-based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoWork with pre-qualified buyers from consultation through closing
Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
Manage leads and follow-up using CRM and sales systems
Convert buyer opportunities into clients and closed transactions
Negotiate offers and contracts
Host open houses and engage prospective buyers
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
- Active Georgia Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Confident using CRM systems, technology, and digital sales tools
- Coachable, motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional mindset
