Skilled Registered Nurse

When you apply, tell us: “Why did you become a nurse?” What You’ll Do * Complete skilled nursing visits and patient assessments * Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions * Develop and implement individualized care plans * Monitor patient progress and changes in condition * Communicate with physicians and the care team * Complete required clinical documentation * Travel between patient visits We serve Medicaid and private-pay patients, so NO OASIS documentation is required.
