The role develops and implements quality improvement training, facilitates process management teams, conducts data analysis, and supports public health accreditation activities and performance management initiatives. The position reports to the Operations and Management Consultant II and requires independent judgment in supporting organizational improvement efforts.### Key qualifications* Three or more years of practical experience in quality improvement, data analysis, project management, or training* Bachelor's degree in business administration or related business field* Associate's degree with two or more years of experience in quality improvement or related field* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based platforms* Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data to develop recommendations* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently
