Overview
Interventional Radiology Tech travel assignment in Kansas City, KS. Start date: August 23, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,949 to $2,967 per week. Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. Shift: 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with rotating days off. Setting: hospital-based interventional radiology department with a high-volume, multi-room environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the interventional radiology suite and equipment for procedures
- Scrub in and assist during IR cases; manage sterile technique and instrument handling
- Operate Siemens imaging systems (Artis family) for guidance during interventions
- Monitor patient status during procedures and support post-procedure care and documentation
- Coordinate with nursing and physician teams to ensure smooth workflow across rooms
- Assist with flow of cases in a fast-paced environment, including outpatient services

Requirements
- Active ARRT Radiography certification (in hand)
- Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (can start with KS lic pending; must obtain licensure per client requirements)
- AHA BLS certification
- Experience: minimum 2 years in interventional radiology with scrub experience required; 3 years IR and large-hospital experience preferred; peripheral and neurovascular experience beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IR suite and may float to other IR areas as needed
- Creds due: credentialing due one week prior to start
