CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Administrator candidates in the Salem, NH area. As the Administrative Assistant for our warehouse, you will be the critical link between our front office and warehouse operations. You'll support daily administrative functions, help coordinate logistics, manage documentation, and assist with internal communications. Responsibilities:

• Support warehouse managers with scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
• Maintain and organize shipping and receiving documents, inventory logs, and purchase orders.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and communicate with vendors and carriers as needed.
• Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll preparation for warehouse staff.
• Order and manage office and warehouse supplies.
• Support safety and compliance documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and assist with special projects.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong logistics experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in or near a warehouse environment.
