OTC Collections Analyst [82629]

We’re partnering with a client to find a talented OTC Collections Analyst to support a dynamic team. This role is based on-site and is a temporary position. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within cash collection and account reconciliation functions, contributing to the company’s financial health and efficiency.

OTC Collections Analyst Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection of approximately $100M in ad sales linear receivables to ensure timely cash inflows.
• Reach out to customers via email and phone to collect overdue payments and resolve aged accounts.
• Maintain detailed records of customer contact and follow-up activities regarding outstanding receivables.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify causes of payment delays and determine corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze routine reports, including aging and discrepancy reports, to monitor collection progress and escalate concerns as needed.

OTC Collections Analyst Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a collections or account receivable role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated integrity and team-oriented approach.
• Collections experience and cable industry knowledge are a plus.
• Language skills are advantageous.
