Care.Extensive Experience in the following areas:Construction Payroll Processing for multiple entitiesExperience with Union Reporting & AuditsExperience with Federal/State/Local Tax ReportingExperience with Bureau of Workers' Compensation Reporting & PaymentsGarnishments, Levies and Child Support ordersWorking in an Integrated ERP EnvironmentProcessing Annual Employee Tax FormsAnnual Financial Statement & Insurance AuditsPosition Duties Include:Weekly Payroll Processing (Field, Office – All companies)Includes Review of Imported time, balancing and reportingIncludes Federal/State/Local Tax reportingReview New Hire Tax setup (verify codes are correct).Truck rent/ Per Diem/ Travel processing.Expense Reimbursement Processing (as needed).Processes garnishments, levies and child support orders.Monthly & Quarterly tax withholding and reporting and account reconciliationSemi-annual Worker's Compensation reporting / Worker's Comp Annual True-up Reporting.Prepare Wage Reports for Workers Comp Claims, as needed.Schedule Workers' Comp Premium Payments.Union Reporting/Audits.Monthly G/L Entry of Payroll ACH PaymentsAnnual Census for ESOPOther Duties/Projects as requested by the Corporate ControllerMeasurable Outcomes of the Payroll Specialist:Payroll AccuracyIt is imperative that payrolls are processed with the utmost accuracyMetrics regarding timesheet submission are kept and updated weeklyPayroll TimingPayrolls are due at different cut-off points100% on time payroll submission is requiredPayroll Tax Filing100% Timely and Accurate payroll related (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) tax filings) requiredPayroll ReportingTimely & accurate creation and review of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports required.Why Mosser?· Competitive Pay· Employee Stock Ownership Plan· Professional Growth· Medical & Dental Benefits· Generous Vacation & Sick Time· Paid Holidays· Paid Volunteer Day· 401k with company match
