Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Warren. We specialize in neurodevelopmental disorders and emphasize collaboration and long‑term outcomes. Our approach is assent‑based, individualized, and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. We invest in our clinicians from day one, offering a first‑year retention bonus of up to $5,000, a competitive salary, and meaningful growth opportunities. The role is based primarily at our Warren clinic, with 70‑80% of the caseload delivered in‑clinic and 20‑30% conducted in‑home or via telehealth in surrounding communities. The commute is roughly 30‑45 minutes. Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1‑2 evenings per week extending to 6:30‑7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. The goal is a balanced caseload of daytime and evening clients.
