About ReviveZone Ithaca ReviveZone Ithaca is a new entertainment facility launching in Ithaca, NY. We're building a welcoming, high-energy destination focused on great guest experiences, and we're growing our founding team ahead of opening. About the Role We're hiring a Sales and Operations Associate to support customer outreach, lead generation, local partnerships, pre-opening sales activity, and other launch-related work for ReviveZone Ithaca. You'll report directly to the Executive Director. This position is expected to become an in-person Store Manager role, supporting day-to-day operations of the facility, including guest experience, staff coordination, sales execution, local outreach, and facility readiness. This role may include remote, local, field-based, and on-site work as needed. Following the opening, regular in-person presence may be expected based on the needs of the business. We care most about outcomes and day-to-day execution rather than a rigid schedule. What You'll Do Drive customer outreach and generate qualified leads for ReviveZone Ithaca Build and maintain local partnerships in the Ithaca community Support pre-opening sales activity and launch-related initiatives Help prepare the facility for opening and a smooth operational launch After opening, transition to Store Manager: guest experience, staff coordination, sales execution, local outreach, and facility readiness What We're Looking For Strong sales instincts and comfort with outreach, lead generation, and closing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, self-directed, and outcomes-focusedComfort with local, field-based, and on-site work Interest in growing into a leadership/Store Manager role Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competite per hour (non-exempt, hourly) 5% commission on eligible sales or qualified leads that result in collected revenue, per the company commission plan Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance Expected transition to a Store Manager role once ReviveZone Ithaca opens Employment is at-will.
