Client Dynamics 365 CRM DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Senior Client Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 12+ years of overall IT experience and at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Client Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CRM customization, plugin development, integrations, workflows, JavaScript, .NET technologies, and CRM security.The candidate should be experienced in designing and developing enterprise CRM solutions and integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, Line-of-Business (LOB), on-premises, and cloud-based systems.Must-Have Technical Skills12+ years of overall hands-on IT development experience.8+ years of hands-on experience with Client Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CRM.Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Online.Expertise in CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization, and development.Strong experience developing CRM Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Business Process Flows, and Web Resources.Strong knowledge of the Dynamics CRM security model.Hands-on experience with CRM Web API, OData, REST, and JavaScript.Strong knowledge of JavaScript-based CRM customizations.Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems such as ERP and LOB applications, both on-premises and online.Experience with REST/SOAP web services and messaging technologies such as NServiceBus.Strong knowledge of .NET, WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.Experience with CRM functional areas including Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.Knowledge of CRM 2013/2015 development best practices and design guidelines.Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and customize Client Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Develop and maintain CRM plugins, custom workflow activities, web resources, business process flows, and custom scripts.Configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, forms, business rules, and other CRM components.Develop CRM integrations with ERP, LOB, on-premises, cloud, and other enterprise applications.Develop and consume APIs using Dynamics CRM Web API, REST, OData, and SOAP.Develop JavaScript-based customizations and client-side functionality.Implement and maintain CRM security roles, privileges, business units, and access models.Support Dynamics 365 CRM Online configuration, customization, and development.Design scalable integration solutions using web services and messaging frameworks such as NServiceBus.Work with.NET technologies including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server to support CRM solutions and integrations.Translate business requirements into effective CRM technical solutions.Support CRM functionality across Sales, Marketing, and Service Management.Troubleshoot complex CRM application, integration, workflow, and customization issues.Follow Client Dynamics CRM development standards, best practices, and design guidelines.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and production support.Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, architects, QA, and integration teams.Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution architecture and design decisions.Core SkillsPrimary:Client Dynamics 365 CRMClient Dynamics CRM TechnicalClient Dynamics CRM FunctionalCRM Customization & ConfigurationCRM PluginsCustom WorkflowsJavaScriptAdditional:Dynamics CRM Web APIOData / REST / SOAP.NET / WCFSQL ServerSSIS / SSRSNServiceBusCRM SecurityERP/LOB IntegrationsAgile
