The Dishwasher plays an essential behind-the-scenes role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and every service performance-ready. Like every successful production, exceptional dining experiences depend on teamwork, organization, and attention to detailensuring the kitchen has the clean tools and equipment needed to deliver outstanding meals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, silverware, etc.
• Inspect dishware, glassware, silverware, etc. to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain an organized work area and functional stock of supplies.
• Assist in general kitchen and work area cleanliness including but not limited to surface and equipment sanitation, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping.
• Work orderly and efficiently to meet the demands of the business.
• Properly store cleaned items in an organized, safe, and secure manner.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by kitchen and restaurant leadership.

Job Requirements

• Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Speak, read, and write in primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Stand and walk constantly throughout the workday.
• Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently throughout the workday.
