Growth & Community Lead (Ghanaian Diaspora - US & Canada)

About the role You'll drive LemFi's expansion across Ghanaian communities in the United States and Canada. This is a growth role built on travel, community, and hands-on execution. You'll spend 3 to 5 days every few weeks in a new US or Canadian city, representing LemFi at Ghanaian community events, building partnerships, and accelerating user acquisition. You're not running growth from a desk. You're embedded in the communities we serve, acting as both a strategic thinker and a ground-level operator. You'll own growth outcomes for your assigned markets, working closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations while serving as the internal voice of the user. What you'll build and own...
