Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Greer, SC 29651
Schedule: Saturday Tuesday, 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (4 days, 10 hours each)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support in an office and production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, upgrade, and repair end-user hardware and devices.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Provide conference room and VIP support.
-
Assist with office moves, workstation setup, and basic migrations.

Participate in an on-call rotation.
-
Collaborate with the onsite IT support team.
Requirements:
-
Hands-on desktop support and hardware troubleshooting experience.
-
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
-
CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
