Junior Digital Designer

From inboxes to interfaces, we design work that connects, engages and looks sharp on every screen. We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer who’s hungry to grow their craft while producing smart, user-friendly digital experiences. Ideal candidates will have 1–4 years of experience in digital design and production —with a solid grasp of HTML and CSS to make their work come alive. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Designing and building engaging HTML emails, banners, and digital assets that look great across platforms Supporting website updates and landing page creation using clean, responsive code Working with HTML/CSS Translating design files (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) into polished digital experiences Partnering with creatives, account teams and clients to bring concepts to life Juggling multiple projects, priorities and timelines with confidence Applying digital best practices to everything you touch—because performance matters What You’ll Bring to the Party: A bachelor’s degree in design, digital media, or a related field—or a portfolio that proves your talent 1–4 years of experience creating digital designs across email, web and interactive channels Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma Must have knowledge of Stripo, Mailchimp and/or Salesforce email creation platforms Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an eye for detail in execution Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress (a plus, not a must) Interest in UX principles and how design decisions impact the user experience A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills Why You’ll Love Brighton At Brighton, we believe in blending creativity and strategy to make work that matters—while having fun along the way.
