Receptionist

This is a Part Time (20 hours/week) position, Friday - Monday every week. Brookdale Roanoke is a secure memory care senior living community. The right candidate will put the safety of our residents first, will be friendly and compassionate, and will be able to problem-solve. Previous reception experience is preferred. Greets all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff. Sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs.
