The ideal candidate will have experience operating large-scale CNC robotic welding equipment, interpreting blueprints, and performing precision welding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This position offers a stable, long-term career opportunity with competitive pay, benefits, and room for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and part drawings to plan layout and welding procedures.Operate CNC robotic welding machines to meet production standards.Perform grinding, sanding, and secondary work as needed between weld cycles.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and follow all housekeeping standards.Adhere to quality and safety protocols at all times.Assist with additional shop duties such as brake press operation or material handling during downtime.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience operating robotic or CNC welding machines preferred.Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols accurately.Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.Basic shop math and measurement skills required.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Use hands to handle, reach, and position materials.Must have good visual acuity for detail work and weld inspection.Work EnvironmentFactory/manufacturing setting with exposure to moving machinery, loud noise, and airborne particles.Occasional exposure to chemicals and humid conditions.PPE provided and required at all times.Why Apply?Direct hire position through Superior Skilled Trades — no temp period.Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.Steady schedule in a team-oriented environment.Opportunity for advancement and ongoing training.Apply today to start your next welding career with Superior Skilled Trades!
