Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital communication platforms to promote products and services.
• Identify new sales leads through targeted market research, cold outreach, and professional networking.
• Language Requirement: Must speak fluently in both English and Vietnamese.
• Engage prospective clients by delivering personalized, value-driven introductory pitches.
• Onboard new customers by seamlessly guiding them through the account creation and registration process.
• Manage customer accounts by providing continuous support, answering inquiries, and tracking satisfaction.
• Oversee payment collection, resolving any billing issues or discrepancies directly with the client.
• Facilitate the sales pipeline by actively guiding clients from product inquiries to successful order placement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, data entry, and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
• Assist customers with order processing, payment handling, and follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Support client communication efforts by preparing professional correspondence, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to identify sales opportunities, analyze customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and organizational practices to enhance the customer experience.
• Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles with strong phone communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnmese
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping.
• Experience in sales or client services roles involving outbound calling or customer problem-solving.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required; familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous.
• Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions while maintaining professionalism.
