Responsibilities:
- Support the mailroom Support Services Lead with daily operations.
- Receive, sort, and distribute internal and external mail.
- Manage outbound mail and package requests.
- Operate various mailroom equipment and machines.
- Provide backup and cross-functional support to the mailroom team.
- Perform messenger services, including hand deliveries and pick-ups for executives and external parties.
- Support building maintenance Supervisor with material management including furniture.
- Assist with internal staff relocations.
- Help set up and break down event furniture and equipment.
- Respond to emergent work as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience in support services, mailroom, or maintenance.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- General knowledge of mailroom operations and equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ability to learn new software.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Additional experience in building maintenance or event support.
- Familiarity with internal relocation processes.
- Physical capability to handle lifting and moving furniture and packages.
- Flexibility to provide emergent support and messenger services as required.
- 12-month contract duration.
- Standard work schedule as determined by the support services team.
