Data Management Analyst

Managing detailed configuration updates to provider data, the full-time remote Data Management Analyst II will oversee file mapping, query changes, and plan updates while ensuring data quality and documentation for client solutions. Key responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert in onboarding processes for new and existing clients Manage dashboards for assigned data sources and ensure timely data cleaning and documentation updates Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance client implementations Required qualifications: Intermediate experience in Microsoft SQL Server for database management and query development 3+ years of client-facing or support experience Experience with software implementation for client integration and system updates Proficiency in managing production support tickets and data extract processes High school diploma or GED equivalent required
