Sales Representative - Oklahoma City, OK - Sports Medicine

Stryker seeks a field-based sales representative for sports medicine products in Oklahoma City. The role involves selling medical devices, conducting product demonstrations, educating healthcare providers, and managing territory sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell sports medicine products to healthcare providers
- Prepare and lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct product training for doctors and clinical staff
- Manage market territory analysis, inventory, and pricing negotiations
- Participate in trade shows and customer problem-solving activities
Requirements
- 2-5 years outside sales experience, preferably in medical fields
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years commercial/medical sales experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Results-driven mindset with ability to consistently meet sales quotas
- Subject matter expertise and trusted advisory presence
Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses, plus benefits
