Brand Ambassador

Summary Full-Time Brand Ambassadors have a customer-first mindset and provide a personalized, inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. They are team players who are curious, resourceful, and inclusive. This entry-level sales role supports store initiatives and serves as a foundation for future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities Deliver sales and profit performance by using key tools and resources to drive selling. Support store execution of company initiatives and uphold store standards at all times. Participate in and support team training to achieve business results. Engage clients through outreach, community initiatives, and creative client engagement strategies. Support alternative purchasing and digital tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes, and digital catalogs. Provide ongoing feedback to management on category opportunities and talent sourcing. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred. Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office. Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
