Key Responsibilities Finish and smooth concrete using hand and power toolsApply sealants, coatings, and decorative finishesOperate and maintain finishing equipment (power trowels, edgers, brooms)Monitor quality throughout the finishing processWork with construction teams to meet schedulesFollow all safety proceduresAssist with material handling and other assigned duties Requirements Strong knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and finishing techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsGood communication and teamwork skillsValid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred) Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation) Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periodsAbility to perform strenuous physical labor in varying weather conditions
