Assembler (Fiber Optics) - Clean Room

Pay: $18-$22/hr (based on experience)
Join a growing team assembling highprecision fiber optic components in a clean, detail-focused environment.
What You'll Do:

• Assemble small fiber cables using blueprints/work instructions
• Feed color-coded wires into connectors with exact accuracy
• Apply epoxy, cure, polish, and test assemblies
• Use microscopes and small hand tools for precision work

Key Skills:
Small Parts Assembly • Medical Device Assembly • Fiber Optics • Microscope Work • Clean Room • Hand Tools • Blueprint Reading • Quality Inspection • Soldering (preferred)
What You Bring:

• 6+ months of small parts or medical/electronics assembly experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small components
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 5:00am-3:00pm (OT Fridays as needed)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.76/hr.
