Moving Concierge / Inside Sales Representative Firehouse Movers — Lewisville, TX

Firehouse Movers is growing, and we are hiring two Moving Concierges to join our sales and customer service team.

For more than 25 years, Firehouse Movers has served North Texas as a trusted moving and storage company. We were founded by a local firefighter and built on professionalism, service, teamwork, and doing the job the right way.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, problem solving, and helping people during an important time in their lives.

About the Role

As a Moving Concierge, you are often the first voice a customer hears when they contact Firehouse Movers.

Customers are reaching out because they need help with moving, packing, storage, or related services. This is not cold calling .

Your job is to listen, guide the customer, provide accurate information, follow up professionally, and help turn each inquiry into a scheduled move or service.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and online customer requests
• Follow up with customers using our in-house process
• Provide moving, packing, and storage estimates
• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Enter customer information accurately
• Communicate with dispatch, operations, and the sales team
• Help customers feel confident and cared for
• Look for service opportunities that benefit the customer
• Stay professional in a fast-paced office environment

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Strong phone communication skills
• Ability to build trust with customers
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, phones, and software
• Organized while handling multiple customer conversations
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and professional communication
• Ability to work a schedule that may include some Saturdays
