LPN Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll play an essential role in providing quality nursing care while helping residents achieve their highest level of health and comfort.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitoring residents for changes in condition
• Performing nursing assessments
• Assisting with wound care and treatments
• Collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Maintaining accurate electronic documentation
• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Compassionate and dependable
• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
