Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionApplication Support experience with working knowledge on Unix, database, and basicknowledge on any programming Language like JAVA/C++/scripting language etc.· Good communication with analytical and problem solving skills· Ability to handle/manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, applicationowner and senior stake holders across all areas· Identify recurring failures, Debug or Deep Dive in to the cause of the Issue, IdentifyImpact, Manage Escalation or Incidento If there is a Bug in existing code (Providing Line of Code that cause the failure), escalateQualificationsto L3 for a Fixo Or Identify if it is a Migration Issue and Coordinate the Fix· Drive Issues to resolution with L3 and reduce/eliminate the # of Failures· Follow the L3 escalation procesAdditional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
