Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, enabling you to bring your expertise into a flexible work setting while staying connected with team members through advanced communication tools and collaborative platforms. As a member of our remote detox team, you'll benefit from a structured schedule that typically runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, physicians, and addiction specialists, to curate comprehensive care plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments aimed at diagnosing clients' psychological and social issues, and formulate effective treatment strategies that promote health and recovery.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that help clients understand their conditions and foster their engagement in the recovery process.

• Develop and implement robust discharge plans to ensure continuity of care after leaving the detox program, including referrals to ongoing outpatient support services or community resources.

• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process, available resources, and coping strategies to strengthen their support network.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting all interactions and treatment plans to track client progress effectively.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health care and addiction treatment methodologies to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who are navigating the complexities of detoxification from substance use. Many individuals in this setting face challenging mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, which makes your expertise critical in providing empathetic and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this position.

• Possession of an active LCSW license in New Jersey is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
