Work Environment

This role will primarily be conducted onsite, within the community, allowing you to provide care directly to patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and formulate personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes, incorporating feedback and patient responses into therapy adjustments.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, pain management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support their health journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in-house and within the broader network to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries. You will work closely with individuals experiencing a wide range of orthopedic conditions, from post-operative recovery to chronic pain management. This diverse patient population requires a tailored approach, and your expertise will be vital in guiding them toward functional recovery and improved well-being.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist, in compliance with regulatory standards and practice requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, with a strong foundation in orthopedic assessment and treatment methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, showcasing proficiency in dealing with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor's Degree is required, candidates holding a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy are preferred. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as orthopedic manual therapy or sports rehabilitation, will further enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, reflective of your experience and expertise.
