Flex Revive Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Homestead, Florida. This full-time position focuses on providing exceptional care to patients in their home environment, promoting recovery, improving mobility, and enhancing quality of life. Work Environment

This position is onsite, primarily focusing on patients in their own homes within the Homestead area. Our home care approach allows for personalized attention and customized treatment plans in a comfortable setting. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, giving you weekends off to recharge. The full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their rehabilitation needs and set achievable goals.
• Deliver therapy sessions to an average of 2-3 patients per hour, focusing on individualized treatment plans.
• Create and implement effective care strategies, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Educate patients about their conditions and the importance of adherence to therapy protocols, fostering a proactive approach to their recovery.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness regimens that take into account each patient's unique circumstances and goals.
• Document patient progress accurately, analyze treatment outcomes, and share advancements with the healthcare team.
• Coordinate care with other medical specialists to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's treatment.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, inspiring them to achieve their personal best.
• Actively participate in continuous learning and collaboration with colleagues to enhance therapy practices and procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients requiring rehabilitation from orthopedic conditions, injuries, or surgeries. You will cater to a diverse demographic, including athletes, older adults, and anyone seeking improved physical function and mobility within the comfort of their home. Our patients often seek non-surgical options for pain management and rehabilitation, reflecting our commitment to providing affordable and effective care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and ability to utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care, particularly in a home care or community setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Experience with developing individualized care plans and fitness regimens for diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
