Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Harmonic Movement Therapies, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team comprised of two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their needs and set achievable goals for their rehabilitation journey.
• Manage a case load of 2-3 patients per hour, providing hands-on care and supervision throughout treatment sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities to improve range of motion and function.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce reliance on prescription medications and explore non-surgical options for treatment.
• Encourage patients by developing their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other medical specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor patient progress, analyzing treatment outcomes, and adjusting plans as needed to optimize recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment methods using EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide educational resources and motivate patients to maintain their wellness and fitness outside the clinical setting.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 100,000 and 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and continuing education opportunities.
