Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trust and a positive therapeutic relationship while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and address any discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and regulations.

• Perform initial intake assessments to establish a baseline for treatment and identify specific client needs.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s therapeutic journey.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance personal clinical skills and seek guidance in complex cases.

Qualifications\n
