ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Charles G. Berrouet Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Licensed or willing to be licensed.

About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in University City , Philadelphia (Easy Parking).
I have been a State Farm agent since 2017.
I am a second generation State Farm agent.
I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
We currently have 12 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, and Senior Vice President's Club
Additional languages spoken: Spanish and French
