Part-Time Physician for Hospital at Home Program

St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a part-time physician to join our innovative Hospital at Home program, delivering high-quality acute inpatient care to patients in the comfort of their homes through a virtual care model. This position is based in our state-of-the-art Virtual Care Center and offers the opportunity to practice cutting-edge medicine while collaborating with a highly engaged multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual inpatient-level care for patients enrolled in the Hospital at Home program.
• Conduct daily patient rounds using advanced telemedicine technology.
• Evaluate and admit appropriate patients into the Hospital at Home services, from our Boise & Meridian hospital locations.
• Collaborate closely with APPs, nurses, care coordinators, pharmacists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Support clinical decision-making and offer mentorship and guidance to APP colleagues.
• Participate in care planning, patient management, and transitions of care.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
