Let Vaco recruiters advocate for you! We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for processing invoices, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the overall accounts payable function. The ideal candidate will have experience with 3-way matching and a strong understanding of accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely mannerPerform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoicesVerify and reconcile discrepancies, resolving issues with vendors and internal departmentsMaintain accurate and organized financial recordsPrepare and process weekly check runs and electronic paymentsRespond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationshipsAssist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payableEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Qualifications:Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredMinimum of 1-2 years of accounts payable experienceExperience with 3-way matching requiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Work Environment:Office-based role with standard business hoursCollaborative team environment Vaco by Highspring is a specialized talent solutions and staffing division of Highspring, a global professional services organization focused on accounting, technology, and HR.
