Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain high performance levels. Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment. Prepare and present detailed progress reports to clients and senior management. Resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum. Implement construction management best practices to optimize project outcomes. Ensure adherence to all applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards. General Superintendent Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required. Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management; 12 years preferred. Proven expertise in managing commercial and mixed-use construction projects successfully. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. Proficiency in construction management software and tools for efficient operations.
