Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives while working closely with other members of the marketing and management teams. The position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing a career in marketing and business.

You will gain hands-on exposure to campaign coordination, customer engagement, brand representation, market research, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Support marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and internal team members.
• Assist with organizing campaign materials, presentations, and marketing resources.
• Gather and organize customer and market feedback.
• Help monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records related to marketing activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams on ongoing projects.
• Represent Strive Global professionally during company and promotional activities.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
