Construction Coordinator Location: In-Office (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) Pay: $30-$35 per hour (based on experience) Benefits 2 weeks paid vacation to start Full-time position Opportunity for growth within a growing company About the Position We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be comfortable managing administrative, financial, and project coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Experience with Xactimate Experience with QuickBooks Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Construction, restoration, or remodeling industry experience preferred Responsibilities Create and manage customer contracts Prepare and distribute work orders Order and coordinate delivery of construction materials Upload estimates and project documentation into company software platforms Submit invoices and maintain accurate project records Track accounts receivable and monies owed Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers Assist with scheduling and administrative project support Maintain organized digital and physical project files What We're Looking For We are looking for a motivated self-starter who takes pride in staying organized, follows through on tasks, and can help keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
