Bill Rate: $40/hour
Shifts: All 8 hours shifts.
Position Summary
Anadarko Indian Health Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 6-month outpatient assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, support providers in a clinic setting, and ensure high-quality patient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice.
- Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
- Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines.
- Coordinate patient care and clinic workflow.
Requirements
- Active LPN License.
- Current BLS Certification preferred/required per facility policy.
- Previous outpatient or clinic experience preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
