From the initial concept through execution and follow-up, you ensure every detail is in place and every participant receives a professional and seamless experience.Job responsibilities:* Lead and coordinate events, meetings and customer visits from planning through delivery and evaluation.* Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and communication activities.* Coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful execution.* Manage invitations, registrations, attendee communication and event logistics.* Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation, restaurants and other visitor-related activities when required.* Measure outcomes, collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve future events and processes.**Location and flexibility**The role is based in Sandviken, and you work on-site.**Your profile**You bring experience from event coordination, project management, hospitality, communications or a related field. Working with multiple activities simultaneously comes naturally to you, and you enjoy creating structure while ensuring a high-quality experience for customers and stakeholders. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential.Your background includes:* Experience planning and executing events, meetings, customer visits or similar activities.* Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.* Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.* Experience working with event platforms, project management systems or digital event tools is an advantage.Success in this position comes from being service-minded, organized and proactive. You’re comfortable taking ownership, thinking several steps ahead and finding practical solutions when priorities change.
