Associate Attorney – Employment (Single Action) Location: California Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle employment single-plaintiff cases. This role focuses on matters involving retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, and leave-related claims. You’ll manage cases with autonomy while working alongside experienced attorneys. What You’ll Do Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents Develop and execute case strategies Take and defend depositions and handle meet & confers Lead mediations, ADR, and settlement negotiations Represent clients in employment litigation matters What We’re Looking For Active member of the California State Bar 2+ years of employment litigation experience Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Strategic thinker with strong communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Cruitin
