A bit about us: A growing home builder is seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions. Hybrid work schedule (Mix of in‑office and remote work - 30506) Comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance options Flexible PTO 401(k) + company match Down‑to‑earth, family‑owned and operated organization High visibility role with direct impact on business operations Collaborative and growth‑oriented environment Opportunity to build and improve accounting processes Job Details Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting Maintain accurate job costing records and support work‑in‑progress tracking Handle payroll processing and related entries Support intercompany transactions across multiple entities Maintain organized and accurate financial recordsAssist with budgeting and provide reporting support as needed Collaborate with leadership and accounting team to improve processes Qualifications: 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience Experience in construction accounting required Understanding of job costing and WIP reporting Multi‑entity accounting experience is a plus Experience in Sage 300/Timberline and QuickBooks is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
